1. General Acceptance

By booking an appointment or utilizing the services and facilities of Rosaline Gold Spa & Wellness LLC (“Rosaline Gold Spa”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms, etiquette guidelines, and policies described herein.

2. Professional Nature of Services

Rosaline Gold Spa is a professional wellness, relaxation, and massage establishment. All therapies are strictly non-medical, therapeutic, and relaxation-oriented. Any inappropriate conduct or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund and potential refusal of future service.

3. Appointments, Punctuality & Cancellations

• Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any intake notes and enjoy your welcoming herbal tea.
• Late Arrival: Arriving late will reduce the duration of your session out of courtesy to subsequent scheduled guests, while the full service fee remains applicable.
• Cancellations: We request at least 3 hours advance notice for any reschedule or cancellation via WhatsApp or phone.

4. Health & Medical Considerations

Guests with medical conditions, cardiovascular concerns, pregnancy (especially first trimester), recent surgical procedures, or skin allergies must notify our concierge and therapist prior to treatment. Our therapists can customize pressure and botanical oil selections accordingly.

5. Spa Etiquette & Peace

To preserve the tranquil ambiance of our sanctuary, all guests are requested to keep mobile phones on silent mode and maintain gentle conversation levels while in the lounge and treatment corridors.
